Scotty was raised working on his family farm in northern TX. After earning a B.S. in Agricultural Economics at TAMU, he went on to manage an irrigated cotton farm and finally went on to serve 35 years at FSA with the final 11 being in Washington DC as Program Manager of LFP and NAP Forage. Scotty currently owns his family farm in Knox County, TX where wheat and stocker cattle are raised.
James is a lifelong Curry County producer. Raised working his family farm, he now owns Bostwick Farms Inc. and is active in several local and regional producer organizations. James has a bachelor in Business Administration with a Major in Marketing, and General Business in Real Estate. James served 8 years on the FSA county committee and 22 years on NM state FSA committee, 17 years as Chairman. James has previously been involved in the National, State, and County levels of FSA.
Kim grew up on his father's farm near Floyd, NM and has an Agriculture Engineering degree from NMSU. Kim served in the U.S. Airforce, later becoming an Engineer and Property Tax Consultant in Dallas. Kim then went on to farm with his wife's family in the Floyd Sundale area and developed computer software for a gin operator and peanut processor. Kim currently raises Southdown Babydoll sheep on the family homestead.
Louis King received a BS in Animal Science from New Mexico State University. Louis brings 25+ years of experience in a combination of commercial cow/calf production, purebred and equine operations, and also owned his own personal cow/calf herd. Louis is a past member of the Carrizozo SWCD and retired from USDA-NRCS after 17 years. Louis was the former District Conservationist in Mountainair and Fort Sumner, NM.
