Personal one-on-one discussion — We guide you in understanding and using only the USDA programs you’ve selected for PAS assistance.
Form filing — We prepare and submit forms for your selected USDA programs. (Power of Attorney form(s) required).
Record management — We maintain and securely store USDA program participation forms and production records for your chosen programs.
Organized program binder — You’ll receive a free binder containing documents and maps for your operation, helping you manage your USDA program participation.

Full Service

Comprehensive USDA Program Management – PAS provides accurate information and hands-on support for all USDA programs available for your operation. This option provides the highest level of support, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.

Full Service includes:

USDA program information and notices — Stay up to date on sign-up deadlines, changes, and opportunities.
Personal one-on-one discussion — We review your eligibility and guide you in utilizing every USDA program available to your operation.
Form filing — We prepare and submit all necessary USDA program forms on your behalf. (Power of Attorney form(s) required).
Record management — We maintain and securely store all USDA program participation forms and production records for your operation.

Discuss Your Service Options

Important Responsibilities

Obtaining all required landowner/landlord signatures for USDA program participation is the responsibility of the operation.
PAS will provide copies of your delineated maps and FSA acreage report to your crop insurance agent as a courtesy. PAS does not accept responsibility, nor liability if the FSA acreage report and maps are not sent to your crop insurance agent or for acreages that you report to your crop insurance agent. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate acreage report to your crop insurance agent.
